Halloween 2007!

We had a fun Halloween. We went to a party at Kirsten & Adams house. I was catwomen and Lee was hmmm Jimmy Hendricks??
My mom and I took the kids to the YMCA for games, trick-or-treats, and pizza.. They had a great time in their costumes.. Ayden and Sylas looked so damn cute..

My Graduation Day!!

Yeah, after 7 or more years of college, I finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel.. I did it, I can't believe it's over. lol. It's such a strange feeling to be done. I thought I'd be going to school forever. I was actually very sad and had to walk around campus saying goodbye to GVSU.
Everyone keeps asking if I will go to graduate school. Well you never know where the future might take you but at this present time I'm pretty burned out on school and quite happy being a mom for now.. Going to college full time being big, fat, pregnant was an exhausting challenging time I won't forget anytime soon.. Sometimes I couldn't even fit in the desks and had to sit sideways in class because I was soo big. lol!! It was quite an experience.

Sylas' 1st Christmas!

Freaky Freezin Friday!!

Well we have survived another week of this treacherous winter wonderland. It's been a long January being isolated indoors with two kids..It's definitely been challenging trying to entertain and handle two boys with pent up energy, especially when you're stuck inside most of the time.. Ayden has been difficult lately; he's really trying my patience. He's started having these tantrum episodes where he just cries and throws himself on the floor..

Sylas is becoming such a little man now, he's so active. He has so many words now too. We noticed he started saying bok for book, tuck for truck recently. He also says Tio our dog, kiki, mama, dada, mow for more, up, and of course uh oh is one of his favorites. He loves reading books now, and he has started trying to feed himself with a spoon also.. It's so fun to watch him change and blossom into a handsome little man.
I'm going to post some old photos as well as more recent ones of Sylas but not in any order. I hope everyone is surviving the cold winter ok..
